"The 9th Annual Medina International Fest - A Celebration of Community & Culture - has grown into one of the largest single-day events in Medina County," said Will Koran. "This festival was originally founded and supported in 2008 by Medina Sunrise Rotary and the U.S. Army Medina Company along with Main Street Medina, Medina Hospital, and our many community partners."
This year, the festival featured one half hour of pouring rain, followed by 9 hours of continuous sunny entertainment, ethnic foods, hundreds of vendors in the International Bazaar and Medina Farmers Market, kids interactive area and much more! In addition to ongoing music, dancing and martial arts demonstrations, the event emphasizes free family friendly activities for children including international themed crafts, puppet shows, costumed photographs, giant lawn games and educational resources from early childhood through High School.
