Sharon Biggins warmly welcomed community partner Medina Sunrise Rotary and Tom Borror from Medina Breakfast Kiwanis to a fireside breakfast at the MCH Life Skills Lodge which is located at Medina Creative Therapy Ranch.

"With a grant from the Ohio Housing Financial Agency (OHFA) and collaboration with the Medina County Park District, MCH was able to lease 25 acres of the 150-acre property to fulfill this latest dream which not only is home to the Life Skills Lodge Life Steps Camp but the MCH Therapy Ranch and heated indoor, 12-horse (and one miniature donkey) riding arena as well," said Sharon.

A year-round innovative therapeutic program at this facility provides daily personal and physical enrichment for both children and adults with disabilities as well as therapeutic horseback riding, martial arts, music, art and more. MCH, with local volunteers and specially trained employees, contribute to the growth of these individuals as they work towards their goals of being able to live with greater independence, more fulfilling, and happier lives.

It has been a wonderful journey of nearly 27 years for Medina Creative Housing.  We are both proud and excited to announce the opening of the Treehouse Environmental Learning Lab which is handicapped accessible to adults and children.  We thank Medina Sunrise Rotary, Tom Borror, and all our community partners for making dreams come true!
